Booking & Confirmation

All bookings made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message from our team. We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion.

Pricing & Payment

All fares quoted are indicative base fares. Final fares include toll taxes, state border taxes (if applicable), parking charges, and night surcharges where applicable. Payment can be made in cash to the driver or via UPI/bank transfer. All charges will be communicated transparently before the trip.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation more than 4 hours before trip: No charge
• Cancellation 2-4 hours before trip: 25% of base fare
• Cancellation less than 2 hours before trip: 50% of base fare
• No-show: Full fare charged

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time. Panwar Taxi Ajmer is not responsible for delays caused by passengers. Passengers are responsible for their luggage. The driver has the right to refuse travel to intoxicated or abusive passengers.

Vehicle & Driver

We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or higher category at no extra charge. Our drivers are verified and trained, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Liability

Panwar Taxi Ajmer's liability is limited to the fare paid for the trip. We are not liable for loss of personal property, missed flights, or consequential damages. All vehicles are insured as per Motor Vehicles Act.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan.
